Sales Representative , Residential and Commercial Painting (Commission-Only, 1099)

Location: Denver Metro Area (Remote and Field-Based)
Compensation: 8-10% Commission plus Bonus for performance (Unlimited Earning Potential)
Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Representative to help grow our business. If you are a go-getter who thrives on commission-based income, enjoys meeting new people, and loves closing deals, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

Generate leads through leafletting, cold calling, and other proactive methods
Provide on-site and virtual estimates for painting projects
Close sales and schedule jobs with our painting team
Maintain strong customer relationships and uphold our Great reputation
Track and report sales performance
